Job Overview We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team at Hiret Consulting. This is a full-time position, requiring 2 to 4 years of experience. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying and securing top talent in the tech industry by utilizing our advanced recruitment tools and techniques. Qualifications and Skills • The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in tech recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and screening technical candidates. • Proficiency in utilizing screening techniques to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit within the organization. • Experience in passive pool search and applying Boolean searching methods to effectively target suitable candidates. • Ability to conduct x-ray searches across various platforms to expand potential candidate reach. • Must be skilled in interviewing candidates to evaluate their skills, competencies, and potential contributions to the company. • Excellent communication skills to engage with candidates and conduct interviews professionally and effectively. • Ability to maintain proper documentation of all recruiting activities and prepare comprehensive reports using an ATS • Understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, from posting jobs to successful candidate onboarding, is essential. • Experience having worked and hired for a SaaS startup is a bonus. Roles and Responsibilities • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify current and future hiring needs and develop a recruitment plan. • Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for various technical roles within the organization. • Utilize advanced search techniques to build a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future requirements. • Conduct detailed and structured interviews to ensure candidates meet the job requirements and company standards. • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and acceptance. • Provide regular updates on recruiting status and metrics to the recruitment manager and relevant stakeholders. • Enhance the candidate experience by delivering a positive and professional engagement during the recruitment process. • Continuously develop networks and relationships with a diverse pool of candidates for open and future positions.
