Key Responsibilities: Identify, connect with, and convert potential clients who need staffing solutions. Make outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn reach-outs to decision-makers (CXOs, founders, HR heads). Present Hiret’s service offerings and build credibility with prospects. Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in CRM tools. Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful service delivery. Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. What We're Looking For: 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in recruitment, staffing, or consulting. Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Malayalam. A proactive, high-energy attitude with a hunger to close deals. Ability to understand client needs and recommend solutions confidently. Experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Workspace is a plus.
