Requirements – Cold Email Marketing Expert Experience & Background Minimum 2 years of proven experience in cold email outreach, lead generation, or B2B marketing. Prior experience in the service industry (agencies, SaaS, consulting, or creative services preferred). Track record of working with international clients across multiple regions and industries. Skills & Expertise Strong ability to research, understand, and segment prospects using data-driven insights. Expertise in personalising cold emails and follow-up sequences to maximise open and reply rates. Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to write persuasive, concise, and human-centered outreach emails. Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) with attention to grammar, tone, and cultural nuances. Familiarity with cold email tools/CRMs (e.g., GMass, Instantly, Apollo, Lemlist, HubSpot, or similar). Ability to book meetings consistently with qualified prospects. Soft Skills & Mindset Strong analytical skills to test, track, and optimise outreach performance (A/B testing, deliverability, etc.). Adaptability to different industries and buyer personas. Self-driven, organised, and proactive in hitting targets and experimenting with new outreach approaches. Excellent communication & client-handling skills for cross-border interactions. Bonus (Nice to Have) Knowledge of email deliverability best practices (SPF, DKIM, domain warm-up). Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and multi-channel outbound strategies. Understanding of sales psychology and buyer journey mapping.
