Wedditors is a global wedding post-production agency working with filmmakers, studios and creative brands across the world. We are looking for a self-driven Sales Development Representative who can build a consistent pipeline of qualified leads, initiate conversations with potential clients and support the founders in expanding our international presence.
The ideal candidate is someone who understands outreach, communication psychology and lead qualification. This role requires strong research skills, confidence in initiating conversations with international clients and the ability to consistently meet weekly outreach targets.
• Research and identify potential leads including wedding filmmakers, photography studios, creative agencies and independent creators in international markets.
• Execute daily outbound outreach using email, Instagram, LinkedIn and industry directories.
• Develop personalised messaging that reflects the needs and style of each prospect.
• Qualify leads based on fit, requirement and revenue potential before handing them off for closing.
• Maintain an organised lead pipeline and daily activity reports.
• Schedule meetings for the founders and ensure smooth communication between prospect and internal team.
• Continuously explore new lead sources and outreach strategies relevant to our industry.
Strong written communication skills with the ability to personalise outreach.
Ability to research prospects using social media, directories and online resources.
Understanding of creative industries, especially film, photography or post-production, is an advantage.
Comfortable with meeting weekly outreach and lead qualification targets.
Motivated, organised and able to work independently.
