Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various technical roles (Developers, Engineers, Architects, Cloud, DevOps, etc.)
• Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviews, coordination, and offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct initial HR and technical screening to assess candidate fit.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines.
• Create and publish job postings across platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment dashboards.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
• Stay updated with current market trends, competitive hiring strategies, and new sourcing techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in technical recruitment (IT services, product, or consulting).
• Strong understanding of technical skills such as Java, .NET, Python, Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), DevOps, Full-Stack, Data Engineering, etc.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
