Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with strong hands-on technical and project management expertise. The ideal candidate will have experience in .NET, Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Bootstrap, MySQL, MS SQL and should have worked in a CMMI Level 3 (or higher) organization. This role combines technical leadership and project delivery management to ensure successful client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of software projects across web, mobile, SaaS, and enterprise solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical tasks and allocate responsibilities.
• Provide hands-on guidance to development teams on .NET, Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Bootstrap, MySQL, MS SQL.
• Ensure compliance with CMMI, ISO, and internal quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage projects using Agile (Scrum/Kanban) or Waterfall methodologies.
• Identify risks and dependencies, implement mitigation strategies.
• Conduct code reviews, performance optimization, and enforce best practices.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and client communications.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and team capabilities.

Required Technical Skills

• Programming: .NET, C#, Java
• Frameworks: Spring Boot, Angular, Bootstrap
• Databases: MySQL, MS SQL
• Tools: Git, JIRA, Azure DevOps (or similar)
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, performance tuning

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in software development + project management.
• Mandatory: Experience in a CMMI Level 3 (or higher) organization.
• Proven track record of delivering multiple mid-to-large IT projects.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Scrum Master will be an added advantage.
