Role Overview:
The consultant will apply AI/ML models to telecom operations, focusing on automation, anomaly detection, and predictive maintenance. The role emphasizes practical deployment of machine learning models in network optimization and assurance systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and train ML models for fault prediction, traffic analysis, and optimization.
Collaborate with data engineering teams to curate and preprocess telecom datasets.
Implement automation and orchestration models within OSS/BSS workflows.
Evaluate performance of deployed models and fine-tune based on field feedback.
Document model design, accuracy metrics, and performance reports.

Required Skills & Expertise:

Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
Experience with telecom datasets and KPI analytics.
Knowledge of ONAP, self-organizing networks (SON), and closed-loop automation.
Strong data visualization and reporting skills.
Understanding of telecom domains like RAN or Core Network.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Telecom, or Data Science. Certification in AI/ML or Data Engineering preferred.

Preferred Background:
Experience in telecom analytics, AI labs, or automation projects for operators.
