Technical Project Manager

We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager who understands both technology and business — someone who can translate client requirements into well-structured technical solutions and lead the development team to successful delivery.

At THINKCOMPBON INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED, we specialize in ERP, Odoo, ERPNext, and AI automation solutions for manufacturing, distribution, and service-based businesses. You’ll be working directly with the Founder and management team to deliver impactful projects for Indian and international clients.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end project execution — from requirement analysis to delivery and client handover.

• Gather, analyze, and document client requirements in a clear, actionable way.

• Design technical solutions, workflows, and architecture for ERP and AI automation projects.

• Collaborate with developers to ensure timely, high-quality implementation.

• Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using Agile methodology.

• Act as the single point of contact for clients, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.

• Conduct project reviews, technical validations, and internal demos.

What We’re Looking For

• 4–8 years of total experience in software development or project management.

• Hands-on knowledge of ERPNext, Odoo, Python, Frappe Framework, APIs, and system integrations.

• Strong understanding of business workflows, especially in manufacturing or service domains.

• Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills.

• Ability to design technical architectures and guide the dev team in execution.

• Prior experience managing cross-functional technical teams.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of cloud hosting (Frappe Cloud, AWS, or DigitalOcean).

• Experience in client-facing roles or pre-sales discussions.

• Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or PMP.
