Job Description: TCB Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for proactive Project Managers , both experienced professionals and freshers, to join our team in Hisar. The ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, and be able to manage teams effectively. They should also have a solution-oriented mindset, capable of understanding business requirements and assigning tasks to the team to ensure project success. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to delivery. Understand business requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for the team. Build and nurture client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and understanding of project needs. Assign, track, and manage team tasks to meet project goals and timelines. Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams to provide regular updates and manage expectations. Anticipate potential issues and proactively identify solutions to keep projects on track. Ensure that projects meet quality standards and are completed within scope and budget. Prepare project documentation, reports, and budgeting as needed. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or related fields. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building client relationships. Solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to break down complex business requirements into manageable tasks. Ability to manage and motivate project teams. Freshers with strong leadership qualities and communication skills are encouraged to apply. Experienced candidates should demonstrate prior experience in project management or team leadership, preferably in the IT sector. Skills Required: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
