Role Overview:

Engineering Manager /Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Delivery Management:

  Own and drive delivery for the engineering team.

• Stakeholder Communication:

  Represent the team in business stakeholder calls, service management discussions, and incident reviews.

• Incident Management:

  Lead incident tracking and resolution, including ticket creation and coordination. (

• Team Leadership:

  Manage offshore (3rd Party) and onshore (Client) teams delivery with a servant leadership approach.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with Product owner, Head of Data Engineering (HoDE UK based), around user story and ticket creation/backlog refinement and line management.

• Estimation & Planning:

  Facilitate team-based estimation and ensure visibility on key deliverables, run sprint planning and capacity management with HoDE.

• Timeline Management:

  Drive progress against tight timelines and ensure accountability.

• Reporting & Visibility:

  Provide clarity on project status, delays, and capability gaps.

Success Criteria:

• Timely and quality delivery of projects.
• Clear visibility into progress and blockers.
• Proactive identification of capability or resource issues.
• Strong team alignment and communication.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 10+ years of Experience in engineering, product, or portfolio delivery roles. (Can be 5+ years for the right candidate)
• Strong communicator and people-oriented leader.
• Comfortable managing incidents and service calls.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively across geographies.
• Familiar with agile delivery and servant leadership principles.
• Quick to adapt and step into a fast-paced environment.
