🚀 We're Hiring: Technical Project Manager (Part-Time, Remote)

About the Role

Technical Project Manager

PM and BA (Business Analyst)

✔️ Structure and manage all development, plugin setup, and integrations

✔️ Be the go-to person for progress tracking, documentation, and post-dev testing

✔️ Handle full project lifecycle — from ideas to implementation

Your Responsibilities

🔹 Project Management & Oversight

Break tasks into clear deliverables in ClickUp (or Notion/Trello)
Assign & track daily/weekly priorities with the developer
Maintain timelines, changelogs, and issue logs
Review updates and push only tested changes to live

🔹 Technical Documentation & Flow Mapping

Maintain up-to-date SOPs, plugin logic, and UX flowcharts
Create clean UI/UX wireframe outlines (to feed v0.app or Gemini)
Translate ideas into workflows for plugins, APIs, and dashboards

🔹 Post-Dev Testing & QA

Review features on staging site
Conduct functional testing of all major tasks
Approve or escalate any issues before live deployment

🔹 Long-Term Involvement

As the platform grows, this role will
evolve into a full-time position
Opportunity to
lead the entire product/dev team
as we scale

WordPress + WooCommerce Subscriptions + Multi-currency plugins
FluentCRM, FluentSupport, FluentForms, Uncanny Automator
GCS (Google Cloud Storage), BigQuery, Metabase
SureDash (client & staff dashboards)
ClickUp, Notion, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gemini AI)
v0, Uizard, Figma (optional – for mockups)
APIs: Xero, QuickBooks, Shopify, Amazon, Zoho Books

Technical Skills We’re Looking For

understand

✅
PHP / WordPress hook logic
✅ Plugin and API configurations
✅ JSON / REST API concepts
✅ Webhooks, OAuth, staging environments
✅ Familiarity with MySQL / database mapping is a plus
✅ Version control awareness (GitHub/Git optional)

Ideal Candidate Has

Proven experience
managing technical WordPress projects
Worked on systems involving
WooCommerce, integrations, or API-first tools
Strong with
documentation
, planning, and team coordination
Self-motivated — can manage a dev and take ownership without micro-management
Solid
English writing & communication skills
