We specialise in cross-border VAT, sales tax compliance, and accountancy services. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive Virtual Bookkeeper to join our expanding team. The Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled Virtual Bookkeeper with a strong background in eCommerce bookkeeping, cost analysis, and inventory management. You will play a vital role in helping our clients remain compliant and make informed financial decisions. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for multiple eCommerce clients (Amazon, Shopify, and other platforms) ✅ Perform detailed cost analysis and identify trends or inefficiencies ✅ Maintain and reconcile client inventory records; support stock management workflows ✅ Prepare management reports and financial statements ✅ Collaborate with accountants to ensure accurate VAT and sales tax filings across jurisdictions ✅ Liaise directly with clients to resolve queries and provide bookkeeping support What We’re Looking For: ✔ Proven experience as a bookkeeper (preferably in eCommerce or multi-channel retail) ✔ Strong understanding of inventory accounting and cost of goods sold (COGS) principles ✔ Xero certification is mandatory ✔ Proficiency in accounting platforms such as QuickBooks and Excel ✔ Ability to analyse financial data and support decision-making ✔ High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client accounts ✔ Solid communication skills and ability to work independently in a virtual environment Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 INR per month Start Date: Immediate Why Work With Us: 🌟 100% remote work flexibility 🌟 Exposure to international clients and multi-currency bookkeeping 🌟 Opportunity for career progression within a growing global firm 🌟 Collaborative and supportive virtual team environment Ready to Join Us?
