This is a full-time position, ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys managing financial operations with precision. Key Responsibilities Manage and reconcile council transactions and other business accounts. Provide weekly financial roundups and reports to management. Conduct forecasting and financial planning to support business growth. Manage all client invoice documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Oversee form signing processes and ensure compliance with internal standards. Manage and implement digital signature software (e.g., DocuSign or similar). Qualifications & Skills Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar financial role. Strong understanding of accounting principles and reporting. Proficiency with accounting software (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, or equivalent). Familiarity with digital signature platforms. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management. Ability to produce clear financial reports and communicate findings to management. Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
