Bookkeeper / Accountant, Neatmetric Inc. 🔍 Remote 🌍 | Full-Time 💼 Neatmetric is a performance-focused digital marketing agency, and we're looking for a financial expert to own our entire accounting function. We need a hands-on professional who can manage daily books and provide high-level strategic forecasts that will guide our growth and success. 🚀 What you’ll do : • Manage full-cycle accounting: AP/AR, GL management, and daily transaction reconciliation. • Prepare and deliver monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). • Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. • Monitor cash flow, track KPIs, and provide insights on profitability and spending. • Refine financial workflows to improve accuracy and reporting speed. • Partner with external CPAs for tax filings and ensure regulatory compliance. • Provide recommendations on scaling, budgets, and cash flow optimization. What you bring : • 5+ years in a hands-on accounting role (agency or service-based business preferred). • Proficiency with QuickBooks Online or Xero. • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills for financial modeling. • Strong grasp of GAAP and full-cycle accounting principles. • Analytical, highly organized, and able to work independently. • Bonus: CPA/ACA and experience with multi-entity accounting.
