Bookkeeper

Bookkeeper - Full-Time (Remote/Hybrid)

We're Zenith - a boutique consulting firm based out of New York and Dubai with offices across the world. We help startups build fractional finance teams that combine big corporate sophistication with startup speed.

What you'll do:

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting for multiple startup clients
• Handle month-end/year-end close processes and financial reporting
• Set up and optimize accounting systems, processes, and internal controls
• Work directly with founders to ensure clean books and financial compliance
• Coordinate with tax advisors and auditors
• Move fast, stay organized, make an impact

What we're looking for:

• Strong bookkeeping and accounting fundamentals
• Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software
• Comfortable managing multiple clients and juggling priorities
• Detail-oriented but can also see the big picture
• Good communicator who can explain accounting stuff simply to non-finance founders
• Startup experience is a plus but not required
