Technical Project Manager

As a Technical Project Manager at Arabelle Solutions, you will be responsible for the wing-to-wing execution of technical projects for Data & Analytics (D&A) to deliver high-quality outcomes to internal and/or external customers. You will collaborate with business and functional partners and technology leadership to specify requirements and drive technology discussions and strategies in line with business needs. Your role will involve defining execution plans and approaches based on project scope, expected timelines, and available budget/resources. You will also facilitate the convergence of functional and technical knowledge and work with a technical team to coordinate day-to-day execution as per the outlined plan. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business and functional partners to specify requirements - Drive technology discussions and strategies aligned with business needs - Define execution plans and approaches based on project scope, timelines, and resources - Facilitate the convergence of functional and technical knowledge - Coordinate day-to-day execution with a technical team - Manage external vendors when required - Ensure project management processes are followed and improved as needed - Support the execution team in resolving roadblocks and interdependencies - Manage project risks, scope changes, and non-standard events - Communicate with stakeholders and provide progress reports - Verify the quality of deliverables and ensure they meet stakeholder expectations - Track project outcomes and customer satisfaction levels - Drive operational excellence and establish a governance framework with vendor partners - Manage procurement of services and software licenses - Increase D&A usage and adoption across the organization - Manage the budget for the D&A domain Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or STEM Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) with a minimum of 10 years of experience - Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively - Experience working globally and coaching others - Demonstrated customer focus and problem-solving skills - Change-oriented mindset with a focus on process improvements - PMP, ScrumMaster, or related Project Management certifications would be beneficial - Good understanding of D&A use cases and technologies in Data ingestion, processing, and reporting/visualization - Familiarity with AI/ML/GenAI use cases and technologies is a plus,
