Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate technical projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and quality results.
Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and design, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Conduct project meetings, status updates, and progress reports to stakeholders, providing transparency and accountability.
Identify and mitigate potential risks, issues, and dependencies impacting project timelines or budgets.
Ensure compliance with organizational processes, policies, and procedures, maintaining high standards of quality and integrity.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing technical projects.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, including Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions.
Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
