Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate technical projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and quality results.
Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and design, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Conduct project meetings, status updates, and progress reports to stakeholders, providing transparency and accountability.
Identify and mitigate potential risks, issues, and dependencies impacting project timelines or budgets.
Ensure compliance with organizational processes, procedures, and standards in all project activities.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools, with experience in technical project management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
Proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello, with experience in tracking progress and managing tasks.
Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop creative solutions to improve project efficiency.
Experience working in an agile environment, with familiarity with Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results that meet customer expectations.
