Job Summary:

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with a strong development or architecture background. This role is not limited to coordination — it requires someone who can design solutions, review or write code when needed, lead technical teams, and ensure quality delivery.

Ideal for someone who has grown from a developer or solution architect into a leadership role and is still comfortable with technical decision-making and team guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end ownership of project delivery — from planning and architecture to deployment.

Translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions.

Work closely with engineering teams on architecture, APIs, and implementation strategies.

Conduct code reviews, assist with PoCs or prototyping when needed.

Act as the technical escalation point for development, QA, DevOps, and product issues.

Ensure Agile/Scrum practices are followed effectively.

Create and maintain technical documentation, risk logs, and project plans.

Coordinate with stakeholders, clients, and leadership for project alignment.

Required Skills and Experience:

10+ years in IT, including 3+ years in project or delivery management.

Hands-on experience as a developer, solution architect, or technical lead.

Ability to understand and review code and architecture.

AWS Cloud Certification (minimum: Cloud Practitioner; preferred: Associate/Professional).

Experience with modern back-end (Node.js, Python, Java, .NET) and front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).

Good understanding of CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS).

Working knowledge of Agile tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Good to Have:

Multi-cloud knowledge (Azure, GCP).

Experience with microservices and serverless architecture.

Worked in product or startup environments.

Experience managing budgets and resources.
