Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will play a vital role in coordinating and coaching our software development team, specifically focusing on complex e-commerce projects in the Middle East market. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and ensure project timelines and budgets are met will be crucial in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Record technical requirements and track project-related features. - Analyze reported errors, assign them to responsible teams, follow up on the correction progress, and evaluate technical solutions and interface proposals actively. - Handle resource allocation to projects and ensure the right resources are onboarded. - Develop a complete product requirements document and templates for reference. - Coordinate, plan, provide first-level tech support, and address individual issues. - Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis from multiple data sources. - Lead the application scope and objectives and prepare functional & technical specifications. - Participate in Solution Design execution, process improvement, and Engineering Activities. - Create delivery schedules in terms of milestones and specific tasks. - Lead and execute scrum ceremonies and practices with your team. - Ensure user stories have clear acceptance criteria and definition of done. - Guide the team in scope definition, prioritization, backlog creation, work breakdown structures, timelines, and estimation. - Manage risks, escalations, dependencies, and quality effectively. - Provide support, monitor the system, and facilitate small group design sessions or code reviews. - Ensure adherence to enterprise and team processes, procedures, and guidelines. - Develop user stories and use cases to support the development of functional designs. - Track progress against the plan, resolve variances promptly, and lead coordination of release schedules. - Identify and remove impediments to the Development Team's progress in a timely manner. - Make trade-offs between features, schedule, and costs based on business goals, company policies, and software architecture constraints. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 6 years of experience in the IT industry, with a proven track record of managing successful projects, particularly enterprise eCommerce implementations. - Expertise in agile project management methodologies is highly desirable. - Excellent communication skills. - Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals. - Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
