Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives). Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and alignment of priorities. Facilitate sprint planning and backlog grooming, ensuring tasks are well-defined and assigned appropriately. Monitor sprint progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively resolve challenges. Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers to ensure smooth project execution. Drive continuous process improvements within the Agile framework. Ensure adherence to SFCC best practices and project timelines. Required Skills & Qualifications: 8 to 10 years of experience in SFCC (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) projects. Strong understanding of Agile & Scrum methodologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead teams and drive project success without hands-on technical involvement.
