**Job Description:

We are looking for a FULL-TIME OFFICE POSITION Team Leader who can coordinate effortlessly across teams and ensure on-time delivery of software products.

As a Team Leader of our tech team, you will be responsible for keeping the team in line with all tasks and activities prioritization, providing solutions to overcome impediments and complete tasks, resolving miscommunication and conflicts, distributing information to all stakeholders, determining the objectives and goals for successful accomplishment of projects and keeping a track of all the activities, documents, and tasks.

• Do you have experience managing a team of 10+ people with Jira and Github?

**Expected Responsibilities:

• Guiding the team of developers and simultaneously managing multiple projects using the right tools.
• Understanding technology rollouts and helping to define the scope of work (SOW),
• Typing up proposals, creating user documentation on the technology, etc.
• Communicating tasks either to the developers directly or training one of the senior developers on the process and policies.
• Collaborating with project managers and fulfilling their requirements.
• Providing estimates for the entire project timeline, from design to delivery.
• Making strategic decisions to ensure proper and timely implementation of initiatives,
• Creating wireframes in Confluence, breaking out tech into tasks, assigning them, and following up on tasks.
• Emailing updates to the client or communicating updates as needed and ensuring the intake process is being done properly.
• Using proper project management tools like Jira, Productive, Teramind,
• Making sure developers are getting the support they need,
• Communicating with the teams via Slack and Slack Channels,
• Ensuring that the team is being productive and focused on the tasks at hand,
• Addressing project requirements, changes, and issues and providing updates on the progress of the project regularly.
• Making sure the client’s concerns are addressed and that the scope of work is following the requirements of the client.
• Evaluating various software products and delivering timely solutions.

Adhering to the set standard of software development principles.

**Required Skills And Qualifications:

• Deep understanding of modern Python technologies and frameworks.
• (Python 3.x, Django, Flask, FastAPI, REST APIs, Celery, Redis, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Document DB, ORM, etc.)
• Experience with frontend basics.
• (HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, basic JavaScript — for API integration and template rendering).
• Ability to manage and mentor a team of 5+ developers.
• Flexibility to work in different time shifts as per project requirements.
• Experience in client communication, requirement gathering & presentation
• Strong documentation skills.
• (API documentation, architecture documents, workflow diagrams, version control guidelines)
• Proficiency with Project Management tools.
• (Asana, Basecamp, Trello, Jira, ClickUp, etc.)
• Clear communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and innovative thinking.
