Technical Project Manager

Job Description:

Qualifications: 

- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role in a software development environment. 

- Strong knowledge of .NET, React, and SQL technologies. 

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 

- Proficiency in Agile methodologies for project management. 

- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on detail and deadlines. 

Preferred Skills: 

- Hands-on experience with software development in .NET, React, or SQL. 

- PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is a plus. 

- Experience managing distributed teams is desirable. 

This role requires a balance of technical proficiency and leadership to ensure successful project outcomes and strong relationships with both customers and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Monitor progress and ensure alignment with goals. 

- Team Leadership: Guide and support development teams working with .NET, React, and SQL. Foster collaboration and maintain high team morale. 

- Customer Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project objectives and requirements. 

- Technical Expertise: Drive technical discussions with customers and team members to resolve issues, define solutions, and ensure technical excellence. 

- Risk Management: Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and address issues proactively. 

- Quality Assurance: Ensure that deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with customer expectations.

- Reporting: Share comprehensive reports to internal and external stakeholders
