About the Role

Technical Project Manager (TPM)

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery
Lead end-to-end project execution including planning, scheduling, tracking, and delivery.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
Ensure alignment of business requirements with technical implementation.
Stakeholder Management
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders and leadership.
Technical Oversight
Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements and dependencies.
Drive solution discussions, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with architecture standards.
Oversee system integrations, APIs, cloud deployments, and other technical components.
Risk & Quality Management
Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure high-quality project deliverables through reviews, testing coordination, and compliance checks.
Agile & Process Excellence
Manage projects using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.
Conduct sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog management.
Drive process improvements and best practices across project teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
7+ years of experience in IT project management with a strong technical background.
Proven track record of delivering complex technology projects (Cloud, SaaS, AI/ML, Data, or Enterprise Applications).
Strong knowledge of
Agile/Scrum
methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, etc.).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
PMP, CSM, or Agile certifications preferred.
