Key Responsibilities: Review and analyze system specifications, requirements, and design documents. Develop, document, and execute detailed, comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios. Perform manual testing of web, mobile, and desktop applications. Identify, log, track, and retest bugs using defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, Azure DevOps). Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure test coverage. Conduct functional, regression, integration, user acceptance (UAT), and exploratory testing. Validate fixes and enhancements before release. Ensure testing is carried out in compliance with defined standards and processes. Provide clear, concise, and well-documented testing reports and results. Good to Have (Optional): Basic understanding of SQL for database validation. Exposure to API testing tools like Postman. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of proven experience in manual software testing. Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle. Hands-on experience with test management and bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Azure DevOps). Proficiency in writing and executing test cases and test scenarios. Solid understanding of different testing types (functional, regression, UAT, smoke, sanity, etc.). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Sound communication skills and exposure to QA Automation. Drives and understands project estimations for better planning and execution. Oversees client documentation and design handover for smooth implementation. Streamlines UX workflows to improve efficiency across projects. Communicates design decisions effectively to stakeholders and cross-functional teams. 3. Design Expertise & Feedback Has a strong sense of UX and graphic design , ensuring high-quality outputs. Provides constructive feedback on UX and graphic design elements. Supports the team in innovative design thinking and brainstorming sessions. Has knowledge of best practices and standard design principles . 4. Technical & Analytical Skills Comes with diverse domain experience , having worked on various types of projects. Skilled in requirement analysis and business analysis , bridging user needs with business objectives. Understands development tools and languages , ensuring smooth collaboration with developers. Requirements Required Skills & Experience: 3-6 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered designs. Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Strong understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, and interaction design. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in leading and mentoring teams.
