Java Tech Lead

We are searching for skilled Java Developers with proficiency in both frontend (React) and backend (Java Spring Boot) development. As a Java Developer at IncubXperts, you will have a significant role in creating, constructing, and maintaining robust and scalable financial technology solutions. This role demands a strong knowledge base in React for frontend development, Java Spring Boot for backend development, and expertise in working with Postgres SQL databases. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions. You will be responsible for building and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable code for both frontend and backend components. Developing responsive and user-friendly interfaces utilizing React to enhance user experience will be a key aspect. Furthermore, implementing backend functionality using Java Spring Boot to ensure seamless integration with frontend applications is crucial. You will also be involved in designing and maintaining database schema, writing efficient SQL queries, and optimizing database performance using Postgres SQL. Participation in code reviews, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely resolutions will also be expected. Requirements: - 8+ Years of hands-on experience - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Java Developer with proficiency in React for frontend development. - Strong expertise in Java Spring Boot for building scalable and robust backend systems. - Experience in working with Postgres SQL databases and writing optimized SQL queries. - Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS. - Solid understanding of the software development life cycle, design principles, and best practices. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Effective communication and collaboration skills in a team-oriented environment. - Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.,
