Role Overview:
We are seeking a senior Technical Project Manager to oversee the development and delivery of AVAAL’s flagship products. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong technical foundation and proven experience managing software teams, ensuring timely, high-quality releases, and driving innovation in logistics technology.

Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple development teams to deliver scalable, high-performance software solutions.
• Manage product roadmaps, sprints, and release timelines with precision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product goals with business objectives.
• Introduce modern technologies and methodologies to accelerate delivery and quality.
• Mentor developers, foster accountability, and strengthen the engineering culture.

Technical Skills Required:

• Core Stack: .NET, C#, MVC Framework, SQL Database design and optimization.
• Front-End Technologies: React.js, Angular (latest frameworks preferred).
• Emerging Technologies: Familiarity with AI-driven solutions, automation tools, and modern cloud-based architectures.
• Additional: Strong understanding of software design patterns, APIs, and scalable systems architecture.

Requirements:

• 10+ years managing software development projects, ideally in logistics, transportation, or enterprise software.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex software systems.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC best practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
