Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Develop detailed project plans and timelines
• Allocate resources and manage budget

Team Coordination

• Lead cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, and designers
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Resolve conflicts and remove roadblocks

Technical Oversight

• Understand system architecture and software development lifecycle
• Review technical documentation and ensure alignment with business needs
• Monitor progress and ensure quality standards

Risk & Issue Management

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Track issues and ensure timely resolution

Reporting & Documentation

• Provide regular status updates to leadership
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management within a technical environment
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project)
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (master's preferred)
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus

Required Traits

• Bengali and English Language is a must.
• 3-5 Years of Experience as a Technical Project Manager.
