Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in cybersecurity to lead the successful delivery of security-focused initiatives for our clients. This role involves managing multiple concurrent projectsranging from penetration testing engagements and SIEM deployments to large-scale security transformationsensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with cybersecurity best practices.

Roles and Responsibilitie

Manage end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

. Collaborate with clients, technical teams, and stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and success metrics

. Develop detailed project plans, resource assignments, risk mitigation strategies, and communication plan

. Coordinate with cybersecurity engineers, analysts, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution

. Track and report on project status, risks, and deliverables to internal and external stakeholder

s Ensure alignment of project outcomes with industry security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, GDPR)

. Support proposal development and SOW creation for new cybersecurity engagements

. Manage change requests, scope adjustments, and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle

. Conduct post-project reviews to assess project success and gather lessons learned

. Drive continuous improvement in project delivery practices within the cybersecurity tea

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

57 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in cybersecurity or IT security-related projects

Proven track record of delivering projects such as Security assessments or penetration testing, Identity and Access Management (IAM) implementations, Cloud security hardening or compliance audits.

Skill

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced, high-security environment.

Working knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project, or similar.

Certifications (Preferr

PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent

ITIL Foundation or relevant ITSM experience.
