Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled IT Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of end-to-end technical solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have deep experience across application architecture, systems integration, cloud platforms, infrastructure, data, and security. As a trusted advisor to both technical and business stakeholders, you will play a critical role in defining scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures that support digital transformation and innovation. Key Responsibilities: Translate business requirements into well-architected technical solutions that are secure, scalable, and maintainable. Define and document solution architectures across multiple domains: application, integration, data, infrastructure, cloud, and security . Collaborate with stakeholders, including product owners, developers, and operations teams to ensure technical alignment. Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, platforms, and integration patterns that support business objectives. Ensure architecture adheres to enterprise standards, compliance, and governance frameworks. Lead architecture reviews, design workshops, and technical decision-making sessions. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams during project execution. Stay current with emerging technologies and trends to continuously evolve the technology roadmap. Identify and mitigate risks related to solution architecture, including security vulnerabilities, performance bottlenecks, and scalability challenges. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a solution architecture or technical leadership role. Strong understanding of enterprise IT landscapes , including cloud (Azure, AWS, Oracle or GCP), application development, DevOps, databases, and middleware. Good exposure to Oracle EBS and Fusion Applications. Hands-on experience with modern architecture styles such as Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, Serverless, and API-led integration. Proficiency in architectural modeling (UML, ArchiMate, or similar) and documentation frameworks. Solid grasp of cybersecurity principles, data privacy, identity management , and system resilience. Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus.

Key Responsibilities Assist in identifying, analyzing, and managing the organization's cybersecurity asset attack surface. Conduct regular asset discovery and inventory to ensure comprehensive visibility of all digital assets. Monitor and assess vulnerabilities across the attack surface, prioritizing remediation efforts based on risk. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security controls and mitigate identified risks. Support incident response activities by providing asset-related information and analysis. Maintain and update asset management databases and documentation. Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures related to asset management. Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices. Perform regular audits of asset management processes to ensure compliance with internal and external standards. Develop and deliver training sessions for staff on asset management best practices and security awareness. Generate detailed reports and dashboards to communicate asset management metrics and risk assessments to stakeholders. Participate in security assessments and penetration testing to identify potential vulnerabilities. Assist in the integration of new tools and technologies to enhance asset management capabilities. Provide support for regulatory compliance efforts by ensuring accurate asset tracking and documentation. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field. Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices. Familiarity with asset management tools and techniques. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing security issues. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP) are a plus. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree

Experience: 15+ years of experience in firmware development and architecture Skills: Proficiency in C/C++ and assembly language programming. Strong understanding of embedded systems. Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and embedded Linux. Familiarity with debugging tools and techniques. Experience with wireless communication technologies (e.g., Bluetooth, Wi-Fi). Knowledge of cybersecurity principles in embedded systems. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Leadership and mentorship abilities.
