Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Project Coordinator who will assist in planning, organising, and managing technology projects from initiation to delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a basic understanding of software development processes.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and track project activities, tasks, and timelines.
Assist Project Managers in daily operations and ensure timely project updates.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to gather requirements and updates.
Prepare project documentation, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
Ensure smooth collaboration between design, development, and QA teams.
Monitor project deliverables and report deviations or risks.
Support in quality checks before project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field (mandatory).
1–1.5 years of experience in project coordination
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English fluency required).
Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, ClickUp) — preferred.
