Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js ecosystem, with hands-on experience in building high-performing, secure, and user-friendly applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and high-quality web applications using the MERN stack.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver projects on time.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure best coding practices.
• Debug and troubleshoot application issues during development and deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1.5–2.5 years of experience as a MERN Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with REST APIs, Git/GitHub, and version control workflows.
• Knowledge of Redux, TypeScript, or Next.js is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative tools like Jira or ClickUp.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
