Job Title: Manual Tester (1 Year Experience)

Job Summary:

Manual Tester

Key Responsibilities

Review and analyze system specifications and requirements.
Design, write, and execute detailed
test cases
,
test scenarios
, and
test plans
.
Identify, record, and track bugs using issue tracking tools (e.g.,
JIRA
,
Bugzilla
, or similar).
Perform
functional
,
regression
,
smoke
, and
UI/UX
testing for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with developers to understand issues and verify bug fixes.
Participate in QA reviews, sprint meetings, and project discussions.
Ensure the product meets quality standards before release.
Provide clear documentation and maintain testing reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
1 year of experience in
manual software testing
.
Strong understanding of
STLC
,
SDLC
, and
defect life cycle
.
Experience in writing test cases and scenarios.
Basic knowledge of
API testing
(Postman preferred) is a plus.
Familiarity with
Agile/Scrum methodologies
.
Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
