MERN Stack Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled MERN Stack Developer with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Integrate front-end elements with server-side logic.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, testers, and project managers.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience as a MERN Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Knowledge of deployment and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or similar) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
