Technical Project Coordinator

As a Technical Project Coordinator at the company, you will play a crucial role in coordinating web and mobile development projects on the Upwork platform. Your attention to detail, technical expertise, and client-facing skills will be instrumental in ensuring successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate ongoing web and mobile development projects, ensuring they align with client expectations. - Serve as the main point of contact for clients on Upwork, handling queries, updates, and feedback effectively. - Assist in drafting project proposals, estimates, and timelines on Upwork. - Translate client requirements into clear, actionable tasks for the development team. - Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and escalate issues when necessary. - Prepare and maintain project documentation such as reports, status updates, and meeting notes. - Collaborate with team leads and developers to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. - Proactively communicate with clients and resolve any issues to ensure their satisfaction. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of development experience in web or mobile technologies. - Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination or client communication. - Prior experience managing clients and projects through Upwork is a must. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (both written and verbal). - Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana. - Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative approach.
