Technical Project Coordinator

1. Client Communication: Serve as the main day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and ensuring expectations are consistently met.
2. Presentation & Reporting: Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations and performance reports that clearly communicate project progress and strategic insights.3. Market & Industry Research: Conduct competitive and industry research to inform strategic decisions and keep clients ahead of the curve.4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, development, and strategy teams to translate client goals into actionable plans and deliverables.5. Strategic Insight: Understand client objectives across UI/UX, web development; ensure project deliverables align with their business goals.6. Revenue Enablement: Proactively identify upsell opportunities within the client portfolio and collaborate with senior leadership to drive account growth.7. Project & Financial Tracking: Ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope, and are delivered profitably. Track payment milestones and manage client expectations around timelines and billing.
