About the Role Cyblance is looking for a dynamic and hands-on Technical Project Coordinator who can support the development team in solving technical challenges, track project progress, and assist the sales team with technical insights. Key Responsibilities:- Technical Support Help the development team troubleshoot programming issues (PHP, Node.js, MySQL, etc.) Provide high-level guidance on architecture and coding practices Coordinate with developers to maintain code quality and best practices Project Monitoring & Coordination Track timelines and delivery milestones for multiple ongoing projects Assist in sprint planning, task allocation, and resource coordination Use tools like ClickUp, Trello, or Jira to manage day-to-day workflows Sales & Pre-Sales Collaboration Join technical discovery calls with the sales team and clients Translate client requirements into clear technical solutions or recommendations Assist in preparing estimates, proposals, and feature planning Communication & Team Bridge Coordinate between development, QA, design, and sales teams Provide weekly reports on task status, progress, and risks Ensure smooth communication across teams and stakeholders Requirements 3–5 years of experience in web or software development At least 1 year of experience in project coordination or leadership Understanding of SDLC, Agile methods, and project management tools Strong technical foundation (e.g.,Python, PHP, Node.js, JavaScript, MySQL, Shopify, Wordpress) Excellent communication and documentation skills Client-facing experience is a strong plus Thanks & regards, Disha Cyblance (HR) CYBLANCE TECHNOLOGIES PVT.
