Technical Project Coordinator in Ahmedabad

About the Role

Cyblance is looking for a dynamic and hands-on Technical Project Coordinator  who can support the development team in solving technical challenges, track project progress, and assist the sales team with technical insights. Key Responsibilities

Technical Support

• Help the development team troubleshoot programming issues (PHP, Node.js, MySQL, etc.)
• Provide high-level guidance on architecture and coding practices
• Coordinate with developers to maintain code quality and best practices

Project Monitoring & Coordination

• Track timelines and delivery milestones for multiple ongoing projects
• Plan, monitor, and execute projects across a variety of platforms including Custom Web Development, Shopify, and WooCommerce
• Assist in sprint planning, task allocation, and resource coordination
• Use tools like ClickUp, Trello, or Jira to manage day-to-day workflows
• Identify and resolve project risks and bottlenecks in advance

Sales & Pre-Sales Collaboration

• Join technical discovery calls with the sales team and clients
• Translate client requirements into clear technical solutions or recommendations
• Assist in preparing estimates, proposals, and feature planning
• Participate in technical discovery and client calls with the sales team

Communication & Team Bridge

• Coordinate between development, QA, design, and sales teams
• Provide weekly reports on task status, progress, and risks
• Ensure smooth communication across teams and stakeholders

Performance & Productivity Management

• Monitor team and individual productivity, set measurable KPIs, and track success metrics
• Conduct performance reviews and implement strategies for improvement
• Analyze project data weekly/monthly to improve delivery quality and team efficiency
• Develop and implement new processes and strategic frameworks for project execution

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in web or software development
• At least 1 year of experience in project coordination or leadership
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile methods, and project management tools
• Strong technical foundation (e.g.,Python, PHP, Node.js, JavaScript, MySQL, Shopify, Wordpress)
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Client-facing experience is a strong plus
