Program Planning & Execution: Define program scope, create detailed quarterly plans, manage timelines, and ensure on-time delivery of technical projects.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between engineering, product, design, operations, and executive teams to ensure alignment and communication.
Risk Management: Identify risks and dependencies early; develop mitigation plans and proactively manage blockers.
Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and reports to stakeholders and leadership.
Process Improvement: Continuously improve processes, workflows, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Metrics & Reporting: Define KPIs and report program health, risk posture, and milestone achievements to technical and executive stakeholders.
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
8+ years of experience in program or project management in a technology-driven organization.
Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and technical project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Preferred:
Experience working in cybersecurity domain
