Technical Program Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Technical Program Manager to lead our Application Factory initiative — a strategic environment where live enterprise data is securely hosted and made accessible for testing, validation, and skill-building. This role requires strong technical depth across multiple enterprise applications, combined with high communication, coordination, and execution skills. The individual will orchestrate delivery across engineering, SMEs, and customer teams to enable seamless adapter and connector validation for key programs such as Google integrations.

Key Responsibilites

• Lead the execution of the Application Factory initiative, ensuring timely delivery of live data environments for integration and adapter testing.

• Demonstrate knowledge of multiple enterprise applications (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, etc.) and their integration points.

• Design and oversee frameworks to extract, secure, and provision live or near-real-time data for testing and validation while maintaining compliance.

• Collaborate with SMEs, architects, and engineers to create adapters, connectors, and APIs within the Application Factory.

• Serve as the primary customer-facing leader, managing expectations and ensuring transparent communication under tight timelines.

• Build trust quickly with customers and internal teams through disciplined execution, alignment, and results-oriented delivery.

• Ensure readiness, risk management, and milestone achievement across global teams.

Required Expereince & Skills

• 12+ years of experience managing complex enterprise programs in application integration, data, or cloud environments.

• Strong understanding of application architectures, data extraction pipelines, APIs, connectors, and integration frameworks.

• Experience setting up or managing live data environments for validation and testing.

• Ability to manage customer expectations and deliver results under tight deadlines.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and execution skills across distributed teams.

• Willingness to work through December holidays to ensure uninterrupted project execution.

• Ability to overlap with U.S. time zones for the next 3 months to support critical delivery milestones.

• Based in Delhi/NCR, with flexibility to travel for workshops or on-site reviews.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in GCP and Oracle or SAP Enterprise application ecosystems.

• Familiarity with data governance, anonymization, and compliance best practices for test data.

• Experience with Application Factory, Integration Factory, or Data Factory operating models.

• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred.
