Technical Program Manager

The Role:

As a Technical Program Manager, you will be the operational backbone of our product engineering team. You will be responsible for driving our product roadmap, ensuring cross-functional alignment between engineering, product, and design, and keeping the entire product development process on track. This is a critical role with a major impact on our ability to innovate and deliver a world-class product to our customers.

Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of complex software projects, from initial scoping to launch. Collaborate with engineering and product leads to define project milestones, deliverables, and timelines. Proactively identify risks and dependencies, and develop mitigation plans to ensure schedules are met. Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, and continuously improve our agile processes. Communicate project status, risks, and progress clearly and concisely to all stakeholders, including the executive team.

Qualifications: BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. 3+ years of experience in technical program management or project management within a software development environment. Deep understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
