Job Description

Program Leadership:
Own end-to-end program execution from planning, scheduling, and risk management to successful delivery.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Partner with engineering, product management, design, operations, and other stakeholders to align priorities and ensure execution consistency.
Technical Expertise:
Understand system architecture, dependencies, and technical trade-offs to guide discussions and decisions.
Roadmap & Delivery:
Develop detailed project plans, establish milestones, manage timelines, and ensure on-time delivery of key initiatives.
Process Optimization:
Implement best practices in agile development, release management, and continuous improvement.
Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate risks proactively; communicate blockers and dependencies clearly to leadership.
Metrics & Reporting:
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate project success and operational efficiency.
Stakeholder Communication:
Provide regular updates to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives, through reports and presentations.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in program or project management in a technology-driven organization.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar project management systems.
