About The Role
We are looking for an experienced
Technical Program Manager (TPM)
to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from conception to delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to influence across engineering, product, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Leadership: Own end-to-end program execution — from planning, scheduling, and risk management to successful delivery.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with engineering, product management, design, operations, and other stakeholders to align priorities and ensure execution consistency.
- Technical Expertise: Understand system architecture, dependencies, and technical trade-offs to guide discussions and decisions.
- Roadmap & Delivery: Develop detailed project plans, establish milestones, manage timelines, and ensure on-time delivery of key initiatives.
- Process Optimization: Implement best practices in agile development, release management, and continuous improvement.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks proactively; communicate blockers and dependencies clearly to leadership.
- Metrics & Reporting: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate project success and operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives, through reports and presentations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management in a technology-driven organization.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar project management systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a technical or business discipline (e.g., MBA, MS in Engineering).
- Experience in cloud computing, data engineering, or AI/ML programs.
- PMP, CSM, or Agile certification.
- Hands-on technical experience (e.g., as an engineer, systems analyst, or architect).
