About the Role

Technical Program Manager (TPM)

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the

  end-to-end execution of technical programs

  across multiple engineering and product teams.
• Develop and maintain

  project plans, roadmaps, and status reports

  for cross-functional initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering leads and architects to define technical solutions, timelines, and delivery expectations.
• Identify and manage program-level

  risks, dependencies, and blockers

  to ensure smooth delivery.
• Lead

  technical deep-dives

  and facilitate design and review meetings as needed.
• Work closely with

  Product Managers

  to translate requirements into executable project milestones.
• Ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementation strategies.
• Communicate program status, issues, and achievements clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in

  technical program management

  or similar roles in a software or SaaS environment.
• Strong

  understanding of system architecture, APIs, cloud platforms

  , and software development lifecycle.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional programs from planning to deployment.
• Experience with

  agile methodologies

  (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Confluence).
• Excellent

  communication and stakeholder management

  skills.
• Technical background (e.g., B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in

  IoT, telematics, or fleet management platforms
