About the Role

We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager



Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Strategy & Roadmap:

  • Define and prioritize platform initiatives in collaboration with product leadership. Build a clear and scalable roadmap focused on data-centric platform capabilities.

  • End-to-End Product Ownership:

  • Manage the full product lifecycle—from concept to launch. Work closely with engineering teams to ensure delivery meets performance, quality, and timeline goals.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Use KPIs, analytics, and customer insights to inform prioritization, track impact, and optimize the product backlog.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with design, QA, marketing, operations, and customer success teams to deliver cohesive product experiences.

  • Product Launch & GTM:

  • Lead go-to-market planning, stakeholder alignment, and ensure successful feature adoption and user engagement.

  • Customer-Centric Mindset:

  • Make product decisions rooted in logic, analysis, and a clear understanding of customer needs and value.

  • Stay Current:

  • Monitor trends across healthcare IT, AI, ML, and platform technologies to inform roadmap decisions and ensure strategic alignment.

  • Drive Innovation:

  • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance platform capabilities, improve performance, and drive competitive advantage.



Ideal Candidate

  • Experience:

  • 4+ years in product management, ideally with a background in platform or data platform development.

  • Technical Background:

  • Experience in software development or a strong understanding of engineering processes is a major advantage.

  • Methodologies:

  • Proficient in Agile and SDLC methodologies; familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.

  • Analytical Thinking:

  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills. Ability to turn data into actionable insights.

  • Industry Exposure:

  • SaaS/PaaS experience is strongly preferred; familiarity with healthcare or Health IT domains is a plus.

  • Communication:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working across global teams and time zones.

  • Soft Skills:

  • Creative, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
