Technical Product Manager

Position: Technical Product Manager.

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Education: B. Tech and MBA in Engineering.

Mode: 11 Months Contractual Role

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager (TPM) with proven expertise in managing and scaling educational platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technical knowledge, product management skills, and understanding of the education ecosystem. This role requires leading cross-functional teams, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, and delivering high-quality educational products that enhance teaching and learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

 Consolidate information into cohesive and insightful analytical requirements for use in product development.

 Crystalize business requirements and UX expectations for software implementation.

 Translate complex educational requirements into clear technical specifications, PRDs, and user stories in JIRA.

 Collaborate with engineering, design, content, and academic teams to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable solutions.

 Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies such as AI, ML, AR/VR, or adaptive learning to enhance platform effectiveness.

 Manage platform architecture considerations including scalability, APIs, integrations, and data security.

 Drive product releases by working closely with developers and QA teams under Agile/Scrum methodologies.

 Monitor KPIs such as platform uptime, user adoption, engagement, retention, and learning outcomes.

 Ensure compliance with education regulations, data privacy (GDPR, FERPA, local education norms), and security standards.

 Conduct competitive analysis to ensure our platform remains ahead in the EdTech space.

 Perform UAT to cross check that the requirements are correctly and comprehensively implemented as intended.

 Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.

Educational Qualification: B. Tech and MBA in Engineering or equivalent is preferred

 Communication: Must have excellent English communication skills; English-medium education preferred.

 Commitment: Willing to work as a consultant

 Work effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
