Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Technical Product Manager. The Technical Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing product development from conception to launch, developing product strategies, managing sprints, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. Daily tasks include gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, working closely with engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Technical Product Manager will also analyze market trends and product performance to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

·       Define product requirements, create user stories, and prioritize feature development based on business objectives and user needs.

·       Create timelines and roadmaps for developing the product and lead the project management processes.

·       Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on product performance, upcoming features, and any operational issues.

·       Cross-functional collaboration – as the Product owner, need to coordinate with other key stakeholders in the product development lifecycle.

·       Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions about product enhancements and optimizations.

Requirements

·       8-12 years of professional experience with at least 5 years in Product Management (must)

·       Minimum 5 experience in working with Internet /Ecommerce companies (must)

·       MBA or Management Post Graduation (must)

·       Prior experience working with large scale organizations handling large user traffic volumes preferred

·       Strong analytical skills and ability to utilize data to drive decision-making.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

·       Proven track record of successfully managing products through their lifecycle, from conception to launch and ongoing optimization.

·       Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically while also paying attention to detail.

·       Experience working in fast-paced, iterative development environment.
