Technical Product Manager

As a Tech Product Manager at our company located in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, you will play a vital role in our dynamic product team. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with various cross-functional teams to drive innovation and execution, overseeing the development, launch, and continuous improvement of technical products and features. It is essential that you have proven experience in Laravel PHP, particularly specializing in API development. Immediate availability is preferred for this role. In this position, you will act as the product owner for technical product features, where you will define product requirements, use cases, and user stories. You will be responsible for defining and implementing product roadmaps that align with our business goals, working closely with technical, design, and marketing teams to drive product development. Additionally, you will conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product positioning and strategies, track product performance, gather user feedback, and ensure continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle. To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a tech-focused environment. Hands-on experience in Laravel PHP for designing, building, and maintaining APIs is a must. Proficiency in understanding the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and experience with product management tools such as Jira and Confluence are also required. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Candidates with proven experience in the e-commerce domain will be given preference. The ability to balance user needs with business goals to enhance product usability and engagement is crucial.
