Location: Noida (Work from Office -Five Days a Week)

Educational Qualification:

• B.Tech and MBA

Experience:

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in product management, preferably in EdTech or educational platforms.
• Proven track record of managing product roadmaps and delivering scalable technical solutions.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Product Manager (TPM) with proven expertise in managing and scaling educational platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical acumen, product management expertise, and deep understanding of the education ecosystem. This role requires working with cross-functional teams, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, and ensuring delivery of high-quality products that enhance teaching and learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product development and scaling initiatives for educational platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, academic, operations) to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Translate business and user requirements into technical specifications and features.
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and launch.
• Ensure scalability, usability, and performance of educational platforms.
• Monitor KPIs, gather user feedback, and continuously improve product features.
• Stay updated with EdTech trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure competitiveness.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong technical background with ability to discuss and understand technical solutions with engineers.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken); English-medium education preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership abilities.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 11 months

Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
