Technical Lead

SUMMARY: We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Tech Lead with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in React , Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or Adobe Targeting & Experimentation , Adobe Campaign , and WordPress (including WP Engine) . The ideal candidate should exhibit strong leadership and technical management capabilities to lead cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality solutions in a hybrid working model. Preferred Candidate Location: Kerala or Tamil Nadu Work Mode: Hybrid (Shift Timing: 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM IST) KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead and manage technical projects, ensuring timely delivery with high quality. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, marketing, and analytics. • Architect and develop scalable front-end solutions using React and other modern frameworks. • Work extensively with AEM, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, and related Adobe tools. • Manage and optimise WordPress sites hosted on WP Engine. • Drive experimentation and personalisation strategies using Adobe Target. • Guide and mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to best coding practices. • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and project planning. • Identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth delivery pipeline. SKILLS: Required Skills: • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Tech Lead role. • Proficient in React.js development. • Expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) . • Strong knowledge of Adobe Targeting , Adobe Experimentation , and Adobe Campaign . • Experience in managing and customising WordPress platforms. • Familiarity with WP Engine hosting. • Proven leadership, team management, and technical planning skills. • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Desired Skills: • Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines. • Exposure to agile development methodologies. • Experience in performance optimisation and SEO best practices. • Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven development. QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Adobe Certifications (preferred but not mandatory). Show more Show less
